Designer supervision

From the start of fit-out until it is finished, the designer checks that the builders and subcontractors follow the project:

• Scheduled site visits, including travel to the site
• Checking the design is built correctly
• Corrections and additions to drawings as needed
• Remote monitoring
• Choosing, buying and checking delivery of finishing and decorative materials
• Answers to any question about the build or the drawings
• Checking supplied finishes match the chosen samples
• Placement of decorative elements
