Laser Biathlon Junior Set

Tested at two major public events before going into production, the Junior set uses a semiconductor laser module instead of the earlier optics.

The laser

• 980 nm wavelength, output power below 1, operating from −10 to +40 °C.
• A Class 1 laser product under laser safety standards: safe for eyes, including direct hits and reflections.
• Range 50 m (±10 m) in sunlight, with a hit zone under 10 cm, so hitting the target takes real skill.

Important: biathlon rifles must NOT be used in laser tag games.

The sling leaves the athlete free to move and lets them bring the rifle into position, or sling it on their back, in seconds.
