SKU an-94-abakan

AN-94 Abakan laser tag rifle: the Nikonov rifle with its offset, tilted magazine, right-folding stock and odd muzzle brake. 3.85 kg, 73–94 cm.

$999

Description

The Nikonov AN-94 "Abakan" shares little with the AK beyond its 5.45x39 magazine and a passing resemblance. Look closer and you find a right-thumb fire selector, an offset and tilted magazine, a stock that folds to the right, a complex aperture sight, a moving barrel and an unusual muzzle brake.

It was designed to replace the Kalashnikov when AK accuracy no longer met requirements. Its two-round burst fired the second bullet before the shooter felt the recoil of the first, so both shots landed almost in the same hole.

3.85 kg; 94 cm, or 73 cm folded.
