Description

For machine gunners who cover the assault and like to feel the weight on their shoulder. The Mk 43 descends from the American M60: Saco Defense developed the M60E4 for US Naval Special Warfare, and with a short, heavy assault barrel it was adopted by the Marine Corps and Navy in 1995 as the Mk 43.

This game set is based on the A&K Mk 43 airsoft replica. Like most of our airsoft-based models, it is recommended for personal use. It is very detailed, with many small parts that actually work, and at 6.3 kg it feels every bit a machine gun.

Body and electronics

Aluminium-alloy body and receiver; plastic foregrip, stock and grips.
A removable ammunition box covered in military-coloured fabric (empty; it is there for looks).
A folding carry handle on the barrel, plus a fixed sling on the bracket by the foregrip.
Bolt reloading with automatic return.
A 2.2 Ah lithium battery for up to 30 hours; works with any Li+ charger, such as the Spider.
A key switch at the base of the stock near the trigger guard, with the speaker beside it.
The standard tube reaches more than 250 m.

Sights and bipod

A machine-gun sight with a high front post and a rear sight adjustable for elevation and range.
A telescopic, length-adjustable bipod on a joint under the barrel; press the top to release it, then deploy or fold it along the foregrip.

Handling

The butt pad stops slipping, and the thumb safety blocks the trigger. Fire on the move using the two pistol grips, from the hip holding the wide foregrip, or prone from the bipod.
