PP-19-01 Steel Series

This game set is based on a design from the Izhevsk Machine-Building Plant, so it is made almost entirely of military-grade steel. Only the foregrip, magazine and pistol grip are plastic.

Design trade-offs

The steel body leaves no room for a large battery or a big speaker. It runs on a 2200 mAh lithium battery for up to 30 hours and uses a MINI-series speaker, though the body's acoustics still make it fairly loud.

Features

• 3.1 kg; the collapsible stock sets the length between 66 and 87 cm.
• Two places for sights, including a standard side mount for domestic-pattern scopes (KV-80 bracket) on the left of the receiver. With a side-mounted sight, the stock cannot be locked folded.
• Switches on with the safety catch; reloads with the bolt.
• A polyamide tube gives a range of 100–200 m.

Reliable and capable, but not recommended for rental clubs. With its smaller battery, it works best as a personal or secondary gun.
