Cerberus combines two devices, a tripwire mine with a motion sensor and a claymore, to make flag captures and checkpoint holds a real challenge. Depending on its settings, it can hit friend and foe alike.
On switch-on it reports the battery level, then counts down 5 seconds and arms. It detonates when the motion sensor trips (3 m), when another mine or grenade goes off nearby, or when it is shot down from 100 HP (shots depend on weapon damage). The guaranteed blast radius is 12 m. Afterwards it beeps and shows its LED for 10 minutes.
Plug the supplied key plug into the charging socket and switch on. You will hear "Settings mode". Use the Nano remote (small button selects, large button changes) or any remote ("admin kill" selects, "new game" changes). Wait 5 seconds to save, and power-cycle to exit.
In settings mode, shoot the front sensor to give the mine your team colour and ID. Or set the colour with a PRO remote, in which case the ID is 127.
