How the calculator works
- Kits needed = players per game × (1 + spare %), rounded up.
- Sets: the cheapest combination of our sets, at the live price for the generation you chose, that covers the kits needed. Kits per set count the taggers in the set plus any taggers it includes as a gift.
- Equipment cost = sets + game devices and extras, at today’s prices. Shipping, import duties and taxes are not included: our sales team quotes them for your country.
- Monthly revenue = players per game × utilisation × games per day × open days × price per player.
- Payback (months) = equipment cost ÷ (monthly revenue − monthly running costs), at your low and high utilisation.
